Meet The Team

Tori Paxon
A black queer woman living in Talbot County, Maryland. A facilitator for Talbot Family Networks Conversations on Race, A member of the Talbot County Democratic Forum, and a videographer. She has spent the past four years discussing race relations and attending various training on Diversity and Racism.

Heena Paracha
A Pakistani-American activist. A believer in radical change in order to impact individual lives and society. She participates in community work towards anti-racism and advocates for policy changes for BIPOC. A strong believer in being aware of global impact, to ensure humanitarian treatment of every individual.

Jazmine Paxon
A black queer Talbot County native, Jazmine has always cared about giving back to her community. As the Vice President of Talbot Family Network, She helps create a strong dynamic focused on dismantling racism. She's the Program Manager with Talbot Mentors, where she furthers her work removing barriers for youth to reach their full potential.
